The waiting experience is often experienced as one filled with boredom and uncertainty. Waitt is a hybrid system that aims to enrich and clarify the experience of waiting. The design includes a physical disk, communicating the waiting time through animated lighting. By scanning the disk, a web-app opens which provides appointment and waiting information and several entertainment options.
