Within energy transition renovation projects involving speckled property (private property in a neighborhood of a housing-corporation), stakeholders often experience tense relationships. The VersaTile is a tool and method which allows for tension relief through reflection, communication and expectation management before, during and after renovation projects, resolving issues before they fester. Through meetings and physical traces of meeting agreements, communication is cultivated throughout the project.
